PAYMENT

Payment by credit card or bank transfer. Due to processing fees, credit card payments will incur an additional 3% charge.

CANCELATION

If you cancel your participation in this retreat for any reason, we regret that we are not able to refund deposits or any subsequent payments regardless of the circumstances.  Consequently, we urge you to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances of your own so that your investment will be protected.

Note - Extenuating circumstances: In the unlikely event we would be forced to cancel or reschedule due to any travel restrictions or any type of emergency, we will transfer any payments towards another retreat within a one-year period or refund you to the best of our ability, subject to venue’s refund policy..   

BEHAVIOR

In order to ensure a congenial and meaningful experience for all of our participants, we reserve the right to exclude any person(s) before or during the retreat as a retreat participant, and to expel them from any activities until further notice, for any disruptive conduct or behavior for the group or any other participant at the sole discretion of the hosts.

SAFETY

We do our best to ensure safe and pleasant activities for maximum well-being for all participants, however each participant must know their limitations and assume full risk in the event of any strenuous or challenging physical activity or in the event of any physical or medical discomfort or event.
